CARATINO sells genuine branded jewelry, watches, sunglasses, and accessories sourced through professional suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, and other legitimate commercial channels.
We do not knowingly offer counterfeit products.
Genuine Branded Products
The products offered through CARATINO are presented as genuine branded goods.
Our assortment may include both new and pre-loved products from recognised international brands.
The fact that a product is pre-loved does not change our approach to authenticity. Pre-loved products are still expected to be genuine and are presented according to their individual condition and available product information.
Professional Sourcing Channels
CARATINO works with professional commercial partners, including suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, fulfilment partners, and other established sourcing channels.
Products may originate from different authorised or legitimate commercial supply routes depending on the brand, model, market, availability, and individual item.
CARATINO is an independent retailer and curator. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the sale of a product does not mean that CARATINO is an authorised dealer, official boutique, or directly affiliated with the relevant brand.
Product Identification
Depending on the product, available identification information may include model references, serial numbers, product codes, barcodes, labels, certificates, packaging identifiers, or other product-specific details.
CARATINO may record, review, or verify such information where available for purposes including product identification, authenticity controls, fulfilment, return handling, customer support, and fraud prevention.
Packaging, Certificates & Accessories
Authenticity should not be determined solely by the presence or absence of a particular box, tag, certificate, warranty card, dust bag, branded case, or other accessory.
Packaging and included accessories may vary between brands, models, suppliers, production periods, markets, and product condition.
This is particularly relevant to pre-loved products, where original retail packaging or accessories may no longer be available.
Where original packaging, certificates, warranty cards, branded cases, dust bags, gift boxes, spare links, or other accessories are included, this is stated in the relevant product information where applicable.
Where no such statement is made, customers should not assume that a particular original accessory or type of packaging is included.
New & Pre-Loved Products
CARATINO may offer both new and pre-loved products.
For pre-loved products, authenticity and condition are separate considerations.
A genuine pre-loved product may show signs of previous ownership or use, may have replacement or missing packaging, and may not include every accessory originally supplied when the item was first sold.
The condition grade, product description, disclosed wear, imperfections, missing components, and photographs should therefore be reviewed together before purchase.

Why Details May Differ
Genuine branded products can vary in packaging, labels, serial-number presentation, reference markings, protective materials, included documentation, manufacturing details, and presentation across markets or production periods.
Minor differences of this kind do not by themselves indicate that a product is non-genuine.
If You Have an Authenticity Concern
If you receive a product and have a genuine concern regarding its authenticity, please contact CARATINO as soon as reasonably possible.
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to investigate the concern, including photographs of the product, labels, serial or reference information, packaging, certificates, included accessories, and other relevant details.
Each concern will be reviewed individually.
Nothing in this page limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to counterfeit, misdescribed, faulty, or otherwise non-compliant goods.
