CARATINO ships internationally using professional delivery partners. Shipping prices, free-shipping thresholds and estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates depend on your delivery country and selected shipping method.

Standard shipping starts from the destination-specific rate shown in our Country List. Express shipping is also available for supported destinations.

The shipping options and prices available for your individual order are shown at checkout before payment.

Free shipping

CARATINO offers free Standard shipping when your order reaches the applicable threshold for your destination.

Free-shipping thresholds differ by country or region and are listed in our Country List.

Free shipping applies to Standard shipping only. Express shipping remains chargeable regardless of order value.

Delivery times

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 24–48 hours. Delivery time begins once your parcel has been dispatched.

Typical delivery times vary according to destination and shipping service. Please check the Country List for the current Standard and Express delivery estimate for your country.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, remote-area delivery and other circumstances may occasionally affect delivery.

Standard or Express?

Where available, you can choose between Standard and Express shipping.

• Standard Shipping — our most economical delivery option and eligible for free shipping when the applicable order-value threshold is reached.
• Express Shipping — faster carrier transit after dispatch and available for an additional charge.

Express shipping speeds up transportation after dispatch but does not normally change the time required to prepare your order before shipment.

International delivery

CARATINO ships to a wide range of destinations across Europe and worldwide.

Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses depending on the product, stock location and destination.

Products in the same order may occasionally be sent in separate parcels and may arrive at different times.

Delivery partners

Depending on your destination, fulfilment location and shipping service, orders may be transported by professional carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or another appropriate delivery provider.

The carrier may therefore differ between orders and, in some cases, between parcels within the same order.

Customs, duties & taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other local charges.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking information will normally be sent to you by email.

Tracking may take some time to become active after dispatch because the carrier must first scan the parcel into its network.

Where available, you can also follow your shipment using our Order Tracking Tool.

Secure packaging

Jewelry, watches, sunglasses and accessories are packed appropriately for transport through our fulfilment and logistics network.

If your parcel arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us using our Contact Information so we can assist you.

Changing or cancelling an order

Orders may enter fulfilment shortly after they are placed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour after placing it. We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before fulfilment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

The 1-hour cancellation window does not affect any statutory withdrawal or return rights that may apply.

Local pickup

CARATINO currently operates as an online retailer and does not offer local customer pickup.

Orders are fulfilled through our international warehouse and logistics network and delivered through our shipping partners.

Returns

Eligible consumer purchases may normally be returned within 14 calendar days, subject to applicable legal requirements and exclusions.
